Returns

If any item you receive from us or our suppliers is damaged, please contact us as soon as possible on 01752224982 or by email at sales@bigfurnituresuperstore.co.uk. We will then advise you on the best course of action. In most cases we will ask you to return the item for exchange* or refund.

 

*All return shipping costs are to be made by the customer. Please do not return a damaged order to us without contacting us first via phone 01752224982 or email sales@bigfurnituresuperstore.co.uk. Returns/Refund Policy On Receipt of your order, we request that you check the items as soon as possible. If for any reason you are unhappy with your order for any reason, please contact us on 01752224982 or sales@bigfurnituresuperstore.co.uk. Please have your order number to hand when contacting us as it will allow us to find your order quickly.

 

You can return pillows, duvets, bed linen, mattress protectors and toppers at any time within 14 days after delivery. For hygiene reasons, we can only accept them if they’re returned unused and unopened – still in their original packaging and at your own shipping cost

What If the item won't fit?

Return & Cancellation Policy

Please ensure that all items ordered will fit through doorways, hallways, stairwells, and into the room of your choice. If a delivery cannot be completed due to access or size limitations and the item must be returned, a 50% cancellation fee will apply. We recommend measuring your space carefully before placing an order. If you have any questions about sizing or delivery access, please contact us before checkout or ordering.
